Have you struggled with consistency, missed days, or felt suuuuper guilty when a planner just didn’t “stick”? Yeah, me too 🫶. Traditional planners don’t account for the way our ADHD brains think. They’re built with ‘productivity’ and ‘efficiency’ at the centre, rather than helping us understand WHO we are and then working with our unique wiring. So I designed this planner to be flexible and forgiving, allowing you to use it as your brain needs. No more shame spirals and guilt.
